So when you put in your VIN & review the list you can't see the option that is there to download the updates guide for the facelift ZS?

It's also already published in English: ZS EV Facelift (SR/LR) - Built-in Navigation Maps Update Process and I believe there's also another tutorial thread for those who can't access the MG site.

When I search for a Tesla charger in their app it shows their Manchester Trafford site as a grey "pin" with a white crossed through circle?

Other sites around the UK appear as red pins with a number in white....

When I click on the Manchester pin it tells me 15 of 18 are available... So why the grey pin with crossed thru circle?

It also says it's 12.74 miles away - but that's untrue by a large margin
