Using negative reviews in the app stores to get things sorted

The iSMART app has quite a few niggles for MG4 owners. I’m guessing it will be the same for most MG models. It may help if we all leave negative reviews in the app stores when app related features do not work. I like to think app developers respond to problems more quickly than MG HQ. As an example when iSMART started showing the remaining range in kms instead of miles there were lots of negative reviews and the app was updated and corrected fairly quickly. But remember to keep comments limited to app related issues.

It might be worth leaving comments on the app about the seats being heated on the wrong side

And the fact that the digital key no longer works (certainly for SE models) to power the car up into ready mode.

Be careful complaining about that ... it was never specified as an SE feature but it happened to work.
