I'm using V2L to power a coolbox (and other things including an air fryer) while camping (see my other recent thread). Generally working well, except that the V2L output cuts off every time a car door is opened. Getting it restarted means getting into the car (with the key in proximity), switching it on, and restarting the discharge. Is this normal behaviour, or do I have a fault?

It's causing me a bit of annoyance. If I can't solve it before my next campsite I think I'll just forget the V2L and use the site's hookup instead.

Did a quick test, started the car, plugged in V2L adapter and started discharge function. Turned off the car and locked it, then unlocked it and opened the driver door multiple times, locked it again …

V2L stayed active all the times?

Thanks for doing that test. Sounds like my system has an error (or I'm doing something wrong....). What were you powering with it?

I'm fairly sure my FL Trophy doesn't do that. I suppose its possible that the feed is interrupted for a moment but it definitely doesn't need to be switched back on.
I run an single induction hob, a kettle, and occasionally the Ninja Pizza Oven. (not all at the same time - the pizza oven is quite greedy but incredibly fast)

Can I ask if you are able to run the V2L without having the ignition on/ lights on all the time? If so how?
Yes, start the car into Ready, connect the V2L, set a discharge limit and start it. Turn off the car, V2L will stay active..
