hello. I am from Colombia. I do not speak English well.
The same thing happened to me but when I was driving. I am dead in the middle of the road.

turning off or disconnecting the 12v battery did not help.
in mg workshop does not allow to load the car.

Does anyone know how to fix...
I feel that local mg do not know...

the high voltage battery hasn't been charged for a week!

Your 12V battery looks very low, as well as your HV battery.

Can you charge the 12v battery with an AC battery charger?
Or change the 12v battery for a good one & then try to charge the high voltage battery?

Do you have a choice of dealer or are they rare?
We find that even in the UK, not all dealers actually understand the car so sometimes it pays to shop around

&/or the battery's goosed.. or it's now showing low after many attempts to reboot the car ?‍
