OK - section 105 of the Explanatory Notes. It's still the Limitations Act 1980 which is the enabler for this though.

I'm confused about that, though.

The LA 1980 only covers England and Wales.

The CRA 2015 covers England, Wales, Scotland and NI, although the 6 years is reduced to 5 in Scotland.

The brand new Polestar 4 hire car has suffered what can only be described as a full-blown, catastrophic failure… after covering a mighty 1,200 miles. Truly heroic stuff.

To be fair this figures as the Polestar 4 has some of the worst electronics on any car I've ever driven.

I've driven two a Performance one and a Standard one and both tried to kill me multiple times - full emergency stops on the motorway with no one in front of me.

Pressing buttons on the dash/steering wheel and nothing happening etc, etc. Seems Volvo also have major issues with the EX30 too. It's a shame because I was very tempted by a Performance Polestar 4 to replace my XPOWER, but gone IM5 instead.

Well it’s now gone back into the car park for the last week, I was getting pings on my phone all day Saturday from the app but now it won’t let me in so I can only assume they have tried to re boot it but it wasn’t having it anyway the Carpi is still going strong
