OK - section 105 of the Explanatory Notes. It's still the Limitations Act 1980 which is the enabler for this though.

I'm confused about that, though.

The LA 1980 only covers England and Wales.

The CRA 2015 covers England, Wales, Scotland and NI, although the 6 years is reduced to 5 in Scotland.
