Vibration

Hi my car was booked in on 30/4/25 to check the vibration issue and to get a new key coded to the car as it didn't come with a spare key, got a phone call later in the day saying I would need to come back another day so now booked in for 2/6/25. They haven't looked at the car but already saying the vibration is normal for MG hybrids. I do not expect they will find anything wrong when it gets seen however the car has done 1500 miles and the vibration has eased to the point its hardly noticeable. Now more concerned that it takes a month to get the car booked in at Arnold Clark MG in Edinburgh only for them to cancel on the day.
Thanks for the information, very helpful. Mine has only done 500 miles but I had noticed recently that the vibration did not seem to be quite as bad as before. I did have mine booked in for the end of May but am thinking I might cancel that and wait to see if it eases off in the same way as your experience.

As I’ve reported in another thread. In January I reported that there was a lot of condensation in the N/S mirror light strip. On the 3rd of February I took the car into the dealership to have it replaced. They discovered that the wrong part had been suppled, and order the correct part. Car then booked in for 10th March, but no part. Still waiting over 5 months.
No rain for a fortnight, very hot, and unsurprisingly the condensation has dried out. I half suspecting that they will say wait till the autumn and see if the condensation returns.
