In fairness it is very easy to miss an existing thread when the title bears no relation the topic. I don't know if people are vague for entertainment value or what

I used a genie point via bonnet today .the app decided to bill me at £5.70 a kwh instead of 57p
Resulted in a bill for £155 !! Lol
Plus I had an £8 discount voucher which wasn't added.
Fortunately a quick chat on bonnet's website got it sorted .But may be worth alerting other users.
