You can set it to one of three things in the settings. Either the MG home or setting or Something similar to that

If you use CarPlay it brings up the CarPlay screen or flick to MG infotainment screen. It’s assignable in settings

In India , pressing this button , someone from MG calls back to the car (car has embedded SIM card) and driver can talk to the MG representative and seek any help or an on-site recharge top up

No, because it's a Chinese car you'd have to order a Chinese.

So before I had a look and you can basically assign it so that it takes you to your home screen of the car or the home screen in Apple or android auto. So I've set it to go to Android Auto home screen.
