What makes you feel old?

With an EV I can charge for free, you'd have to pay me to get on public transport these days

Glad I wasn’t on the ember electric bus that crashed off the road the other day. I have to say though the bus services up here have been wonderful.

Yes, same here, but the Mrs could go places for free without me.

Win win , she gets to go it with out you and you get rid of her for the day with out chauffeuring her around

Never noticed any problem. I’m just delighted when I find a supermarket let alone how to find anything in it. I think I’ve been in most at some time or another. I just like variety

Waking up in the morning and wondering if it's still technically morning

Knees hurting and haven't got out of bed yet

Must be time for a coffee ... or a nap ... it's not even lunchtime yet .... how early is too early for a nap

Should get up I guess, but what was I going to do today ....

This 'age' poll should give you some idea > How Old are you? (although everybody is 5 years older now)

It might be interesting to do it again and compare the results as EVs have come down in price and more are available on the second hand market.

Also with the latest escapade by the orange messiah I wonder if more younger drivers have decided to go electric.

Joint pain is a bugger... Need decent painkillers.

Never too early for a nap! I have sleep apnoea and take many meds that make me sleepy, so you'll often find me in a chair or recliner snoozing...even pre 12.00pm.

Regarding forgetfulness, there's a great video of a guy doing standup on YT about going up the stairs looking for scissors, but I can't find it...sorry.

Finally though of what the good thing is about getting old,
the age range that women still look attractive is so wide these days, the chances of getting past just looking hasn't changed much, but the older ones at least smile when they see you checking them out ...... the young ones at least have the respect to not slap an old bloke into the middle of next week .... but now I've had my eyes done, I can be far enough away to avoid the ones that seem fine about slapping out anyone ..... I still know better than to make a comment, once that barrier drops, life might involve a lot more ambulance travel
