They're a bit tight on the topping, our pizzas have topping all the way out to the edge of the crust ..... are you planning to eat that meat, or put a bandaid on it and send it back out to the paddock?
Never thought of putting the leaves from the weeds as a garnish either .....

OK, I'll stop now, it's actually making me hungry, rare cooked slide steak, mushrooms and wilted rocket leaves .... still trying figure out what the base consists of .... looks like it full of cheese and maybe eggs

I now always see 2 choices with Pizza, buy a good basic pizza and put your own quality toppings or make your own.

Since we started making our own, other pizzas at home have become a memory. My last Pizza out was in Oxford and whilst OK was a disappointment and 20x the cost.

I don't have gravy with anything al all mate, it makes everything taste of gravy.

The basic topping was a mild blue cheese, dolcelatte or something like that. Then mushrooms and the slices of steak and the entirely superfluous rocket leaves. It was delicious. I didn't eat the crust.
