I picked up some salmon and steak, wee tatties, carrots, brussels and sweet corn so that’s a couple of fine dinners sorted.

I have just put the remaining half of the sliced beef with green peppers and black bean sauce from last Saturday in to defrost. I like it that one meal ordered from a Chinese takeaway is actually two portions.

Chicken Kev, sweat potato chips in the air fryer with it, baby peas with lots of butter, and a couple of big spoons full of potato salad, then a rhubarb and apple pie made in the pie maker, drowned in lactose free cream, stuffed like a Christmas turkey now but it was all yum ....

We've just had Chicken, Mushroom and Black Bean Sauce (and fried rice) for our dinner .. again, 1 dish, 2 portions.

Didn't have a nice dessert, though, just a few cubes of chocolate.

Tonight it'll be a roasted chicken with roasted vegetables all done in the air fryer.
Tomorrow it'll be cold roast chicken with a jacket potato
Friday it'll be cold roast chicken with chips
Saturday it'll be chicken curry.
