Which charger ?

I guess all newbies have this question - there are so many makes out there. In my case, I want one which can be enabled and disabled via its app, and I want to be able to see how much power has been used since the charger was last enabled.

Does anyone know of chargers which definitely can, or definitely cannot, do this ?

I do like the look of the Hypervolt units.
