Which update solves the failure to import the '+' of your phone numbers?

I know some here reported the same issue when connecting the phone to system using bluetooth connection. Typically, anything in your phone book with international numbers was imported without the + character (or the 00 prefix), making the number invalid.
I know an update solved this issue but does anyone know what update that is?

Reason: dealer denies there is a solution.

I don't recall but it was a long time ago this was fixed.

That is a long time ago indeed. I had three updates, no bt dropouts anymore, but the numbers still fail to load....
