Who do you want to call

Hi all while using the Mike button and saying call xxxx. I keep getting the reply who do you want to call? Same with message xxxx I keep getting the message who do you want to message.

Any tips advice please.

Couple of obvious things to check, are you waiting until it is ready before asking ? Is your phone list connected ?

Good point I need to check that. I've a feeling my contacts are not linked.

Ghostbusters - sorry had to say.

On the point I unpaired Bluetooth for my phone and now only use Apple CarPlay. When I press the button I can say call Xxx with WhatsApp or call xxx and it calls on cellular.

I can also say navigate to xxx xxx (a post code) on Warze (you have to pronounce it weirdly) and it works

So can now make calls but unable to message. Keep getting who do you want to message.

Try saying

“WhatsApp message xxx”

Works for me better than sending txt
