A couple of days into the Iran war I got scared and switched from Agile to Octopus Go. Big mistake. Since then Agile rates have been very low. Easter Sunday is ridiculously cheap with prices dropping to -11p

I can now switch back to Agile (there’s a 1 month wait time before switching back). Should I stay or should I go Go?

Might still be a good move overall. Maybe you went slightly early. Our renewables tend to do best in Spring and early summer because there is wind and sun.

That's a difficult question. I changed my tariff early betting that the energy cap will go up in June but it means I'm paying more for a few months than if I'd stayed on the old tariff but hopefully less than if I'd waited until the end of the contract.

I'm signed up to myenergi's Gridpay which gives you cashback if you allow them to control the charging of your EV during your tariff's cheap rate times. It's usually £10 per month but this month it's £20. As a low mileage driver I'm getting paid to charge my car.
