Why can’t I charge?!

Hello! I am at home and simply want to charge the car up using our charging point outside. Is there a particular order to plugging in the chargers, car first or wall first, does the car have to be locked, after opening flap, or what?! It just will not charge! Blue light on plug socket on car bonnet, and on wall. I believe it should show as green with a charging motion?! Thanks

It would appear that we are talking ZS EV Gen 2 model here, is it a standard range or a long range.
Also, you are trying to receive a charge from a wall box ?.
What is your current state of charge in the pack and do you have the SOC charging level set higher than this, in either your phone or the head unit ??.

Hi, what EVSE charge point do you have and are you on an overnight tariff?

Sounds like a Hypervolt. It will have a random delay of a few minutes. Open the hypervolt app and it will tell you how many minutes it will be before its starts charging.
