Wing mirrors and drivers window controls

Hi I have a problem with the wing mirrors not working and the drivers door window controls not working either.
took it to the dealers who said it needs new wiring harness under a recall and other upgrades for BMS etc.
has anyone has these problems and did the wiring harness change sort the issue? Thanks
