Wish list of Cyberster improvements

My problem at the moment are all the errors I am getting with the SW and in the UK, you can’t get R34 of the entertainment SW. every now and then MG will “say” something about listening to something, then switch me to Bluetooth audio for no reason.

It keeps changing the units from miles to km each time I start the car.

The rear speakers are very quiet so they are virtually silent.

The time loses an hour randomly.

The app is awful and very slow (also constantly changing units from imperial to metric}.

If you turn on car at night the sat nav is sometimes in daylight mode and very bright so you have to turn the headlights off and on to put it in night mode.

When the phone rings it is so loud it makes you swerve and is dangerous. I cannot find a way of reducing the ringing volume.

You should have switched to the metric system over 100 years ago. In the end, the Chinese are going to force you to do so

Doesn’t help when the signs are mph but in my sat nav they are km/h

At least you're guaranteed not to get a speeding ticket if the car reads the signs correctly.
More seriously, I think your system is completely bugged and you should send a letter to the MG customer service to complain.

So the car is a company car and I have put a complaint in via the company running the scheme.

R35 if its going to happen should include remote control roof control via the lock unlock button and auto dimming dash. R34 is still a pain to install at some dealers

Yeah i hope that over the air will be implemented, this is just wrong. They advertise with ota updates, but they can't even do it in the garage!

(And in R35 that the door closes when you put your feet on the brake + turn off the vehicle when key is out of reach)

I don't think working OTA will happen in this generation even though theyve left an option there.

That would be very disappointing (to say the least), it's 2025...

I would like to have all my driver settings retained so there is no need to re enter every time

Apppe Digital Car Key would be nice.

It’s a pain to reach into my pocket just to unlock the car and then put the key back in my pocket again, with digital key we might be able to automate opening the door when you approach the car too.

I know auto sensing of the key is a thing but the car takes a few seconds to wake up after you press the door button which isn’t great when you’re in the rain.
