Wont charge at home

My 21 plate mgev would not charge at home with the 3 pin plug I have had a home charger fitted and it still won't charge it says car connected but not charging it will start to charge then stops after a about a minute any ideas on this matter it will charge OK on local chargers

Have you tried the granny EVSE at a different property?

If it charges on other charges it sounds like the granny charger is dead. Get one from Amazon for easy returns...

The granny charger is fine and the professional charger that I have had fitted at home will still not charge the car and local chargers will

Do you have any Wi-Fi extenders etc that are powered by any of your socket outlets in the home ?.
These have been found to be cause of the charging problems for other members.
If so, try unplugging the devices and try charging again, if this not the case and your car charges fine at another property, or at a public charging post, this rules out a problem with the car itself.
It could be an earthing problem at the address maybe ?.

Have you double checked that you haven't accidentally set a charging schedule?
