ZS Heater blowing cool air

Hello all.
Has any one else experienced really poor heat temp from the heater blower inside the cabin while we have had these lower temperatures 3c down to -3c ?
I know car heaters don't seem as effective in very cold weather any way but my car had been running & travelling with the fan on for about 25 mins and the air was still cool when the heater was on hot. This has been the same for the last 2+weeks. Never had any car fan even in other heat pump ev's as bad as this. It's a 2020 ZS.

On the E setting you get reduced heating. This may be your issue? The ZS EV heater is ok generally.

Sounds like you may have a fully heater. Even in Eco mode it pumps out heat albeit not as much as it can in other mode.

Bang it on full heat and press the demist button, in Normal mode and it should be toasty in less than 5 minutes. If not then the heater is faulty.

It seems cocijo was right E mode was the issue as it gives more heat now- thanks for all the replies!
