Yes tried there, and there do seem to be quite a few, but none anti-glare/matte. Some are a little ambiguous and could possibly be matte but also say “crystal clear” which makes me a little suspicious

I see what you mean. Mine are branded Brotect you could try searching for that.

I have them now for two months, matte with strong glass. Easy to (re)place, air bubbles can be swiped out with a credit card.

All good though - it sounds like the Joying 4G ones are a good fit so looks like I at least have a Plan B!

Brotect is a product made in Germany. So I bought them through Amazon Germany (amazon.de). Well, that was the country next door for me, but you can give Amazon.de a try. They might be shipping world-wide, I suppose. Amazon is all over the world......

I bought the ones from evgogo from the link by @DBedford which I can also recommend. The anti-glare really works. They are not glass, but you don’t need that on a static piece of equipment.

The way I fit, is to stick a piece of parcel tape along the top of the screen protector, before removing any of the covering films. Then place the protector on the infotainment screen. When I am satisfied that it’s in exactly the correct position, I press the rest of the parcel tape over the top of the infotainment unit, giving you a hinge. The screen cover can then be flipped up, and the infotainment glass thoroughly cleaned with the stuff provided. Holding the new protector slightly away from the screen while pulling the protective film off from the top corner and swiping down and across gives a perfect result. I like the fact that these protectors have a thin film on the front too, so that the parcel tape only sticks to that, and nothing is left once removed.

I believe they are different size and ratio. But EVGoGo Australia have said they will have the MG4 ones available in a few weeks (Oct) so I’ll be ordering those

(Btw I recommend AVOIDING ScreenShield in Australia. They advertise Brotect and other brands, but then ship generic film cut to size)

Oh dear, I've just seen this 5 minutes after ordering one from them. It says Optic+ brand and the info on the box is very convincing. Is this one of the ones you're talking about?

Optic+ is their own brand, so in that case you are actually getting the product you ordered.

In my case though I ordered a genuine Brotect AirGlass product from Screenshield (i.e. Listed as Brotect brand, Brotect product photo and description etc) but they instead shipped their own Optic+ film … with a sticker on the Optic+ packaging saying “Brotect AirGlass Glass Protector” It was almost comical.

How does it look? The one I got refunded was pretty ordinary (and damaged because they just posted it in a large letter envelope with no protection)

Looks great, reduces glare and no fingerprints. It arrived in a good cardboard envelope thing so was well protected. Fitting it was fun as I used a bright lamp inside the car to ensure I cleaned the screen before application and allowed me to see any dust on the screen. However it is amazing how much dust was floating around in the car so was a matter of applying very quickly before any settled on the screen!!!
