ZS EV first year service cost....?

It's nice to see a dealer displaying their prices on their website unlike most that tell you all about it but then you have to make enquiry
Yeah. Not seen any other mentioning the "low mileage option" either.

Chorley appear to be £114
Luscombes £125
Both assumed "standard" no mention made of low mileage offers...

Any others of note anyone?

I found that 15k £83

So far the best 1st service is
Under 10k is £39
Normal is £83
I think that reasonable enough

Perforation check (needed for paint warranty) is not included in the low mileage plans and some dealers charge extra for this... I was quoted £34 for the perforation inspection ... Although if you need any updates (which MG usually pay the dealers to do them) ..then you can negotiate it for free... Or get the update and perforation inspection done together elsewhere for free.

Starting to shop around for a first year service on my mark 1 ZS EV... I'm at 3500 miles... Service due next month say..

Any one got recent cost/service experiences to throw in the pot for consideration?

In reality it can go anywhere M62 corridor or thereabouts but I (& maybe others?) would be interested in all & any info & experiences 👍

PM me if you don't want it "in public"?

(I was looking at a screenshot from MG.co.uk from maybe a year ago where the first year service had a "price" of £30 odd quid 🤣, needless to say that is well deleted from their www now)

Thanks
Just had mine serviced at Perrys Huddersfield
£75 with AA cover + wash and cleaned.

In Holland €109 regardless of the number of kms and they wash it for that too.

I think dealers are not keen on customers hitting them with the low usage prices for their service charges !.
They like to keep this cheaper option under wraps !.
I can sort of understand it though ?.
If you are paying on the day and they only take a very small amount of money, like £40 etc, then it becomes difficult to justify the amount of time spent on the car ?.
If they are very busy and workshop time is tight, then slotting in a EV in for a service for £40 is going to be seen a a pain in the rear.
Honestly, I think every two years is a more sensible time scale for an EV ????.
First service in an EV ????.
Is it really worth it, or necessary, considering the actual work content involved ?.
I guess that’s another subject altogether folks.
The Tesla service schedule is a bit like this.
If YOU think your car would benefit from a service, just give us a call and we will book you in.
What a completely different approach to the normal everybody else’s 12 months or 10,000 miles fiasco !.

I had my ZS EV 1st year service on Friday in Epsom since the dealership in Croydon that I bought the car from appears to have closed. Anyway it cost £37.20 including it being cleaned!!
