Just tried these superchargers today, no luck even with the app. Have up to date software on ms zs gen 1 but at least Moorlands cost is on the better side. There was ID3 next to me that could'nt get either type of the chargers to work so it could be worse!

Not sure about the mirrors ,poor wiring connection maybe. The battery charging rate can be more to do with temperature than SoC.

Gen 2 has some better features but my experiance is that the Gen 1 was better quality.

Bms should auto charge the 12v from main battery when the car is not being used.Quality of original battery should'nt matter for 3 or 4 years.

My zs was off the road for twenty months (idiot drove into the side of it)and it still had charge.

Just have mine set to visible warning and in the ZS once you set it, it stays set.

I use autoglym vinyl and rubber care, has kept the seats looking like new. Think it keeps them flexible and not 'dry' out.

You should have the battery soh on your service report.

my 2020 zs is getting about 130ish in eco on the motorway but i tend to stick to 60mph,makes a big difference.

As Kithmo said charger is on its own circuit.

I have tp link ,zs ev and wall box charger, not noticed any such issues. Would look for some kind of inline filter.

Used one beginning of December, took ages and many attempts to get the app to work only to find it only charged at 7 kw as the fast charging didn't work. Last of the old type chargers, avoid if you can and better Instavolt chargers at Higher lands garage.

Went from Birmingham to Stockport to get the wife's new smart forfour eq, thought i would make it back via Keele services. Dribbled in on reduced power only to find the old electric highway chargers only working on ac. Thirty mins later with eleven miles showing drove the five miles to Instavolt...

Ive had this message when battery is not full but its cold.

I bought a cheap solar powered led and stuck it on the back of the rear view mirror works great.
