Hi everyone,
Just returned from a short break in St. Ives, Cornwall and the return trip was very frustrating!
The reason was that my MG5 FL Trophy LR, bought end of Jan. '24, kept bingbonging at me quite insistently at times without giving me any indication of why it
was doing it!
Anyone else...
So you consider exterior and interior trim to be 'consumables ' ? These too can be potentially costly repairs and of course the parts from the dealer are always ridiculously expensive....
MG 7yr warranty....
I am on my second MG5 ( FL Trophy LR ) and am very happy with it although I am unable to link to iSmart and I'm not sure why.
My point is, why do so many owners of MG"s go on about having a 7yr warranty? Have they looked at all the items that are in the theoretical " 7yr...
Hi Everyone,
I already have a first gen MG5 EV Exclusive which I will be swapping in for a new MG5 Trophy LR within the next couple of weeks.

I changed to my MG5 EV from a Suzuki SX4 diesel suv. The MG is far superior to drive but I do miss the front radar support and the self adjusting cruise control. Now I've owned an electric car I definitely wouldn't go back to ice. Just hoping MG will have something worth having at a reasonable...
