I’ve bought a couple of extenders from Ali express and will only put them on the valves when I need them, so I don’t have to worry about corrosion if I leave them on permanently.

Charged my car today and front page of app shows charge increasing, but when I select battery information it shows "Charging gun not properly plugged in", and the finish time doesn't show anymore. The car still charged fine, but very odd to see this information on the app.

I’ve just bought the MG ZS EV Trophy and have encountered the same issue. I did have a warning triangle appear on the dash, but I was low on battery and assumed it was that. However, when I checked the app, I noticed this warning. I only Stumbled across it though, so not sure what to make of it...

MG prioritised my fix and updated the software, as required. Car returned and working well. Such a shame that they didn't do this before delivery.
