On 2021 MG ZS EV I just do not close fully the charger door during the wintertime. Visually you can barely see that it is sticking out a bit.

It could be interesting to put webasto style heater in battery cooling line. It would kind of ruin the 100% green thing, but for winter months would be useful.

Having the same issue since the car was new. Battery disconnect helps for about 5 min. Dealer still trying to figure out the solution 1 month after appointment.
