i would like the ability to heat my car seat from Mobile app

Hi, i just joined. I would like to see a full defrost mode using the app. Something that had the heated rear window on as well as the windscreen so that when you went out to the car it was about ready the drive away. I don't think it can do this at the moment.

You can do that in the settings so that rear defrost comes on when front defrost is activated. (Mine's doing it right now)

Hi, that's great. Can you guide me through the steps on how to do this please as i can't see anything in the app that switches on the rear heated window.

You have to do it in the car. I found it by accident when I was looking at all the sub menus when I first had the car. I'll see if I can find it again and post for you.

Found it. Press the HVAC button to get the HVAC screen up, press the gear icon bottom right and the option is in there.

Only the ones that are applied correctly and then go on to actually work correctly please
!.ZS EV Gen1 experience was generally not that great in this department !.

Hi, found the sub menu you mentioned and the rear defrost was already on by default. Are you saying that this method works via the phone app or do you need to go to the car to apply this? Once it's switched on, it will work through the app when you switch on defrost.

Hi, i notice in this picture which i assume is a screen capture of your phone that you have 'text messages' included. My phone's bluetooth only has 'calls', 'Audio' and 'Contact Access' Do i need to update something to include the text message option? Does this read out/reply your text messages like it does on my wife's car? Any help appreciated.You don't need Bluetooth music for this
On your phones Bluetooth find the car then click on the cog(if no cog it can be an (i) )then switch off media audio View attachment 14575

I wish that when I press the left button on the steering wheel, the screen stays on and stops reverting back to the car in the two lines.

Are you saying that you can’t get the dash screen that you prefer to stay on? That sounds odd to me.
I prefer the one with just the car between the lines. I only move to another screen to check things, and then I return to my favourite.

My favourite screen is the one mkw ie 1s left press it stays lock on that screen until you cross over a line over 35mph flashes back to the original screen but it goes back to the screen I want

I still have a gen1 car so a lot of the above does not apply.
I have just had 3rd service and first MOT and the KERS has changed - much less retardation now, even in level 3. Why have they changed it? Was the load on the gearbox too great? Is it worth getting the software changed back?

Yes that's the screen with most of the info you want. It's just a shame it's a total mess of varying fonts, has terrible layout plus the long trip info that you can't hide whilst driving.

Yes both methods work but neither switches on the heated rear screen or the wing mirrors (AFAICS) which means you need to do this manually once in the car. Not a big deal but it does add time to setting off.
