Well that's annoying,
I take it your device is apple, as android is still only version 2.0.1, so still no option to schedule battery heating that was there in last version as I used the option in last cold snap in Ireland before the update.
Yes there is, tap on battery in the main screen, tap the bolt on the top right hand side and select scheduled battery heating. I use android version 2.0.1 on my 2023 zs tc lr. I hope this helps.

Mine didn't have battery heating either, but I cleared the cache, closed and re-opened the app..Battery heating appeared.

Have now got battery heating option back in the new app. Just clearing cache didn't work for me, but clearing all data and logging in again did reveal the battery heating option on my android phone. Has anyone got the front windscreen defrost to blow hot air? The fan is set too low in other available heating options to work effectively in this cold weather.

No, still not working - it was one of the most useful features in the cold weather (I bought my ZS Trophy a year ago) and I miss it! Surely it can't be that much of a programming exercise to reinstate a previously working feature?

I just got a new update, and now nothing works. And I mean nothing. To mention some things the time in the app is wrong (19.01.2038), the car is located in Antarctica and the temperature in the car is 128 degrees. What the fudge is wrong with this developer...???

I also got the update (2.0.2 on Android), however I can not confirm what you wrote.

Defrosting finally works, and as a bonus, they seemed to have removed the 10 minutes restriction info message. I always found that one tedious.

I suggest that you all inform about phone os when posting. It seems to be different issues with ios/android.

I updated the App from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 on my IOS IPhone yesterday.
This morning I tried preheating the car, using the “Front Window” tab and I can report that it supplied hot air to the front screen just fine.
Prior to this, on the previous update, it would only blow out cold air through the vents.
And the setting displayed in the car as LOW so no heat present.
Local charging stations are still not correct though.
Nearest charger is over 5,000 miles away !.

My MG5 FL has been at Glyn Hopkins for a fortnight, have they fixed the defrost window/pre-warm the cabin function? Eversince they changed the white screen version I can't do anything but blast cold air from the vents.

New App. GREAT! It has skins for car colour. The problem is the only skin available is White. OK for those with a white car useless for the rest of us. The info page even shows my colour as flame Red so why no skin!!***!!!

MG zs ev 2022 iphone iOS
Cleared cache, erased the app, turned off the Phone, download app again.
Now battery preheating is available again.

TBH - I think matching the skin colour of the App to match the colour of the car, is the least of their problems right now !.

Can someone explain me how the scheduled battery preheating works with ismart ? thx

I don’t have any data, but I think it’s good for the range, charging and battery health.
I live in sweden and I use it when temperature is below freezing 0C.

I know the option on iSmart app but I wonder how to use iit. The time scheduled is the start of the preheat or the end of it ( when leaving) ?
I guess there must be a charge running to preheat the battery?
