iSmart 2.x merged; please use for all iSmart 2.x issues

Is anyone having any problem with the MG app? It’s bot been loading all day, so I deleted the app and now I can’t even log on. It just keeps saying “service unavailable, please try again later”. However, it has been saying this for the past 4 hours.

Can’t reach my car as we speak. Last time was 11hrs ago. Maybe something’s up.

Same with me. ISmart app stopped working so I uninstalled but when I tried to reinstall it wouid not accept password. I followed the password reset procedure and got a “success” message. Then, when I tried to log on, it just said “failed”.
Any ideas anyone?

Ditto. This happens with the app periodically, don't worry too much. It'll magic online in some random amount of time
 
Is server down on this tonight, couldn't get it to work, uninstalled and reinstalled and can't sign in, says... The service is not available try again later

Mysteriously it has now righted itself after another two hours. Password to log on has worked and app is now scanning the car ok. As others have said, looks like there has been a server problem

Got it going now. Had to turn on the car though and turn the cars hot spot on and off and start Amazon Music and connect and unconnect to my phones hot spot to get the cars connection back up again.
