it seems like you are on a very old version. The cruise control slowing on every curve was fixed. Do you also have 1km increments for short press up/down or 5km? I think this also changes to 1km when the cruise control update gets applied.

I already received the update a few days ago. Since then I can also switch TJA on or off by long pressing the "pilot button" on the steering wheel
 
This is the MG4 board ... please confirm that you're talking about an MG4 rather than the ZS EV in your profile. If it's about the ZS EV then I suggest you try the ZS board. If it's about the MG4 then may I suggest you make this clear when posting, to avoid replies like this. :)

This only applies to the SE. There is no such update for the other models

Many improvements and fixes over R13 and R16, but some bugs remain, and a new one has appeared. On reducing the volume by holding the right joystick down then releasing, the volume continued to zero all by itself and wouldn't go back up. Annoying, but a reboot fixed it.
A few days later the opposite happened. On increasing the volume by holding the joystick up then releasing, the volume continued to full all by itself and wouldn't reduce. More than annoying whilst driving, and the only way to shut it up was to press pause on the screen, or by pressing the joystick in. Again, a reboot was required after I found somewhere to pull in.
I do wish they would employ some better programmers, or at least thoroughly test each version before release!

EDIT:
Confirm I can reproduced the bug on mine too and the fix by @siteguru works.
In my case after the fix, I can hold the joystick up or down and it will behave as expected, or at least I have not been able to reproduce the bug afterwards.

I've previously confirmed this "bug" and a workaround. :)

I understand NCAP . These features do not represent essential safety options. The fact that you did not get the dropdown option for LKA surprises me though. Like the guys didn't listen to Jerry Pan (the mg salesman on YT).

23 plate SE SR on software R21. Dealer states no update available. Left car in last week and apparently they checked and nothing showed as an update? Have I been fobbed off??
 
You need to complain about something that R33 fixes, I think. There's no shortage of candidates. In your position I'd complain about the lack of an external temperature readout.

I told them my Bluetooth keeps dropping off to get it booked in however they have said nothing is showing up as an update. Still on R21.
 
Where in the UK are you? Who is your dealer?

My dealer (Arnold Clark MG, East Kilbride) have been very forthcoming with software updates, and applied 1100R33 to mine at the service last November.
 
I think maybe dealers are not being allowed to install infotainment updates unless absolutely necessary. Mine got all the service campaign updates but they said there was no update for my Trophy infotainment, I had been complaining about Bluetooth unpairing since day one . I am happy though as I now know that you don't have to re pair your phone if it loses pairing, just press and hold home button. And I much prefer the original HVAC screen.
 
MG Europe should work on their software division in order to compete with BYD, Ora, Geely group and Chery.

Here in israel people like the intirior and the tech of this Chinese brands including all modules OTA. I think SAIC should copy VW and legacy manufacturers at things that related to car dynamics, suspensions as they do. But in the other hand they should bring the Chinese cars interiors (ambient lights, sun roof, and rear seats light ;).

I hope they will release a campaign for all the modules including the new MG3 UI which seems more finished and completed.

Who’s your dealers? Do you have other dealers you could visit instead?

Dealer is Arnold Clark. Tried another Arnold Clark but they couldn’t fit me in until June!
