The one near Norwich is a better design. They've lifted the shops up and put most of the chargers underneath. (I think they've done the same with Gatwick.) It means less space is needed, but also provides some lovely views. For what is essentially a services, it's actually a nice place to be.
I just can't see it getting enough business to cover the initial costs. And, from memory, I don't think it's set up for caravans - which would be a factor on that route.
