Thank you. For some reason someone told me that I couldn’t take an electric car through the car wash.

What about a car wash that drag the car through on a moving rail? The car needs to be switched on so the hand brake remains off, but then the crash sensors could be triggered by cleaning brushes?

Why would that be any different ICE Vs Electric?

The only challenge I faced with a car wash was that many of the auto ones require you to fold in the wing mirrors … I could find no way of doing this other than turn the car off. Not a major deal but it did throw me at first.

Push the rotary mirror adjuster down and mirrors fold in, I think press down again to fold back out.

We have taken ours through loads of times. Remember to turn auto hold off and just put it in neutral like any auto and you’ll be fine. I dont fold the mirrors as I want them cleaned too. Never had any issues. The back doesn’t always get fully clean though due to the shape
