And put window tint film on them before installing and problem solved. I used 35% vlt on the driver display and 50% vlt on the infotainment screen. Started with 50% & 70% respectively but they were still a tad bright on a dark motorway. Works perfectly and all of the details and colours look normal

You can turn of the screen or turn down the brightness. I usually turn off the screen in very dark roads.

OK, I noticed it last night, but it doesn't bother me. I would have thought a bit of black tape would get rid of any problem.

Both screens are too bright on the dimmest setting.
