When logged into Ismart to determine the battery %, I get this error 'The remote control function failed, please try again later'

I've cleared cache

It's been going on for many days now.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Yes I can. No problem there. But the app is failing to connect to my car. It is telling me it cannot locate my car although it does when I tap on the alert that says it can’t!

I.e - it shows my GPS location on the map.

Shall do. Thankyou

Done- no luck. Still getting the same message alert that the app can’t find the gps location for my car. I’ve tried sitting in my car with the blue tooth on my phone and the synchronisation successful message shows up on the dash screen so I don’t know where to go in the car menu to track the feature to sync with the app.

I just read that you only get the first 12 months free use of the app with the purchase of a new car. After that you need to pay $50 for it to work. Do you know if this is true?

I get that message if I don't scan first - it usually scans after a few seconds, then I can go back to the first screen and it will connect and update.

When trying to log back in?

Between working OK for several months.
there are a few recent threads mentioning having to log in, 🔍 search for iSmart and it should pop-up with a couple of ideas ...

Thank you fred12345, I will have a search and see what I can find.

I have looked at various other posts and have tried logging in with original credentials as well as selecting ‘forgotten password’. To all these attempts I get the same error message:
