Don’t have to worry now as car has gone!

Just to be clear it was my wife driving and got distressed. I however have a high tolerance for the faults otherwise I would have got rid of months ago. It’s a pity as i really like the car.

None of the pedals work, the car needs to reset.

Yes it braked unexpectedly to a standstill and did not respond to any controls (throttle doe not override the braking) car need time to reset! Luckily no cars on level crossing and no trains coming. There was no reason for it to happen.
