I understand it to be the On Board Charger (OBC) that needs updating to allow the unlocked AC charging not the EVCC.

11mV, looks like a very short balance or not at all, but in the past I've had a ~5hour balance(expected as BMS software 0603610R28)
Previous long balance:
Resetting the accumulated total has zero effect on the actual range achieved, it is all down to how you drive and the conditions.
Easy ways to achieve a better range:
Drive with a lighter right foot
Avoid motorways/high speeds
Less achievable options:
Only drive with a tail wind

What smart charger do you have?
Ask your dealer to ensure that they have updated the EVCC module to allow for 10 hour delay to charge starting. The software in my EVCC that allows this is software code 1770124111.
Can Miles elaborate on previous 'BMS' updates that have included updating the EVCC - Electric Vehicle Charge Controller (delayed charging) & OBC - On Board Charger (unlocked charging).
Also what does IPK stand for, this module was updated as part of a BMS/HV Battery update.
Version 1.2.1 works about 40% of the time with my Google Pixel 5.
