Hi all, When I preheat my car in the morning the fan speed is on low. I've tried setting the fan speed high before getting out of the car but that doesn't work. I can't see an option in the app to increase the speed either. Does anyone know how to have the fan speed higher when pre heating...

What charger are you using? I have an Ohme Pro and I initially thought you set the percentage of charge you want to go up to. But you have to set how much percentage you want to add. For example If my car is on 40% and I want to charge it to 80%, I have to set the charger to add 40%.

I can't see an option to heat the seats in my app, just turn HVAC on or off. Can you let me know how to do that from the app please?

I have no regrets about my Trophy. I have seen quite a few MG 4 taxis in London but never seen a Trophy being used as a taxi yet.

It happened to me for the first time the other day. Luckily I wasn't going fast and nobody behind me. It's dangerous, hopefully when I take the car for its first service an update will stop it happening again!

I recently drove from Hampshire to South Shields. The only chargers that didn't work were the BP pulse. It was in Milton Keynes and there were about 10 of them, I gave up after trying 3. Osprey, MFG and Gridserve all worked fine.

My Renault Kadjar remembers. I guess it depends, as I say 1st World problems lol It would be nice to just get in the car and drive but I just don't like the lane assist pulling at the steering wheel for no reason! But everything else is excellent and I love the car.

Whilst driving on the motorway I had a shock when my daughter in the back opened the window, for a split second I thought I hadn't enabled the child lock! So after I closed the window I pressed the lock button for the rear windows. However on our return trip the windows at the back opened up...

I've occasionally got these errors messages. But once I've started driving they disappear and everything works as normal. I think it could be pressing the footbreak too quickly when you enter the car

I'm guessing that if it was in the middle it may restrict the driver's view.

Hi all, I have a Trophy model MG4 and I'm having difficulty getting onto the navigation system. When I press the icon it says I need to grant permissions in the settings. When I click settings there's nothing that mentions the navigation. Any ideas please? I have posted a picture below.

So I tried using an iPad and it worked, so I'm up and running. Thank you for your advice. :)

So I got my black Trophy delivered today. No rear wiper or extra headrest in the back but not too bothered. Very happy with the car, I haven't properly taken it out yet. I'll post a pic of the car below The only issue I have is with Octopus. I tried to sign up with the Intelligent-octopus...

I've seen quite a few MG4s in Farnborough last 2 weeks including a black Trophy! Must if been a BIG shipment God don't say that lol
