Precondition fan speed issue

Hi all,

When I preheat my car in the morning the fan speed is on low. I've tried setting the fan speed high before getting out of the car but that doesn't work. I can't see an option in the app to increase the speed either.

Does anyone know how to have the fan speed higher when pre heating the car?

My fan speed is max when I pre heat, it's an SE SR. Somewhere in the AC settings there is a 'fan speed on auto' and I have mine set to high, not sure if that is relevant. I set the pre-heat on, then go to HVAC and set that to max heat too.
