MG ZS EV 2020 - Did 2nd granny charge at home. Charger light lit, breather badge pulsed. But no charging info on display in car. All other methods of charging display charging info. Is this correct ?

New owner of SZ 2020 ( 3 weeks). Doing first home charge using granny charger. I would like confirmation of the correct sequence to stop the charge. Is it:- unlock car (this release charging cable) remove cable switch off at mains. (this seems slightly suspect with a live charging cable) or...
