No, as I understand it, that pull is for the pin, not the flap. No special tool needed, just a small blade or screwdriver to open the flap.

Thanks for your response @shahsthegreat The manual unlock is inside the boot, on the right hand side there is a small cover/ blanking plate perhaps 60mm x 30mm. Open that (I used a small screwdriver) and inside that is a pull (looks a bit like a cable tie) that retracts the pin.

The charge socket on the car appears to have a locking pin at the 12 o'clock position that deploys to prevent the plug being removed. Mine appears to have become confused and is deployed without the plug inserted so I cannot properly insert the charge plug. Is there a way to reset this or...

Check the battery termnal connectors are not loose. I had this a few months back and eventually found that one (the foremost one, can't remember polarity) was not tight. I tightened it and the problem has not reoccurred. I hope this helps!

I entered my reg and they only appear to only offer a boot mat (which appears to be a flat floor covering), not a liner (with sides) I will send them an email, with several photos, to see what they say.

Can anyone recommend a supplier of a boot liner a 2021 HS PHEV, please? I can find some after-market ones but they all seem to be for the non-hybrid version (e.g. this one) and I'm sure that I can't be the first with this challenge. Thanks.
