Can anyone tell me what App is required to use Tesla chargers please?

My MG5 LR is now 16 months old and up to now has always charged to 100%. Over the last few charges it has been stopping at random percentages and I can not work out why this happens. Anyone any ideas?

Got my MG5 LR last Monday and I have charged it three times but it has never got up to 250 miles range although it is registering 100% charged. Has anyone else had this problem? Or is it a problem cell on the battery pack?
