This is the reply i got today from mg customer service. Its taken 4 weeks so far. Must be a lot of head scratching going on.

My dealer has had mine for 4 weeks with this problem telling me they are waiting for mg to get in touch

MG customer services told my dealer i wasnt entitled to one after 48hours but they have now provided me with one.i had no car for 3 days.id only had the car 3 weeks cost me 32k.bargain.

3 weeks in the garage now.i was promised a call today on the update of where they are up to.no call from arnold clark in salford.i will be visiting in the flesh on weds when im avail.looks like i might have to take legal action for a refund if nothing has been done by the end of next week.
