Well my update was in April and May*to the car, Still goosed.

Hasnt fixed the issue, update was applied and its still fudgeed.

Sent them over the stuff, asked them to get the garage reports and I want to see them. The recovery guy first hand wrote this "We have arranged for a recovery of your vehicle.Tried various resets. No comma with bosch. Battery fault prevents starting and charging. And no option to clear etc...

Whole cars cause for concern..

8000 a month, 4 years, 1000 miles, broke 3x on chargers, bumper repainted due to clowns recovering and sitting 80% charged at the garage for last 12 days. All and all for 375 a month.

Already been said over the air updates are info only, nothing for the car, back to the garage you go.

You want to work at MG and explain this to them? I said the same thing if theres no issues whys it being recovered, why is the AA not able to fix it if theres no issue but the garage does? Honestly its a joke, sure the metro will love hearing this

When we looked at it, they were told they have nothing past February to come for December, since your before that you have some spec they dont make or they forgot about you / messed up. Theres nothing new coming sadly to 2023 now

Till the obd is shared to them they are usless you can’t fix the fault codes and needs recovery to the garage.

they have staff running around in them they can easily take them off the staff. Misses garage does it all the same the salesmen just get given a car and taken off them when needed. Well I’ll be getting money back for fuel costs
