Won't charge. Any suggestions?
We had the same problem. Tried again the following day and all worked. A complete mystery! Doesn't inspire confidence does it. Couldn’t believe it worked the next day. Garage said there was no fault found. If you find out anything I’d like to know.- marilyntina

Charging failed
I stopped to charge on motorway services. Car wouldn’t rapid charge. Screen said ‘waiting for power’. A kind soul who had just used the point tried it again in his car and it worked. I tried a second point and that also said the same. So the points was not faulty. I ended up having to trickle...- marilyntina
