For me in my 71 plate pre FL, it’s a/c on, temp at 16 deg C and fan speed of 1 bar. This works for me. I’ve done various methods and find this is the best and I’ve not got the windows open on a damp cold day.

I would shop around, mine was at least £200 cheaper than that at Blights in Devon. They help by having their servicing costs on their website so you can see what each service will cost.

Don’t need to paint the part as part matched by registration and VIN. I’ve done older manual cars - 20 years ago. Just with modern cars wondering if any special tools needed - I’m renowned for being a brute force and ignorance person so trying not to go down my usual path.

Fair enough, yes it is a learning game with driving style. The 6.3 was due to a few steep hills in kers3 downhill which my local town is surrounded by. If that was my commute I’d be laughing, but instead it’s a dual carriageway….
