Might be worth hunting out the the emergency cable release - you have to remove the main plastic cover under the bonnet - once you've found it, extend it (I used a couple of zip ties) so you can reach it without having to remove the plastic cover! You're welcome. :-) Andy

Sorry I missed this response. The new shocks didn't solve the knocking, they had it back to go over again but still not resolved. It sounds more and more like a cable knocking somewhere and definitely not suspension related. kind of given up now. :-(

I leave mine plugged into a granny charger on a timer and over several days it will top up the car in the 4 hours Octopus Go window. I think the handshake issue was fixed in a previous update.
