What requisites for charging in Germany?

I have the ohme Home pro installed, no earth rod required.

Mine is just inside garage automatic door closes onto it no problem for charging outside, charging inside when cold weather. Having it inside protects it from the elements.

I just spent a week in Scotland, did exactly the Same purchased mine from Home base for £20. Worked a treat, cable for granny is thicker than extension, but fitted no problem.
