I have purchased the Brink tow bar for the ZS EV, type approved, E11 55R0111770, 4kN D-value so should have 450-500Kg towing capacity. I am just waiting the CANBUS module and electrical components and will prepare a mounting tutorial with pictures...

I installed and started to configure today the 2nd display for my ZS EV, and I am pretty happy with how it does look like and all the capabilities. It has the same width as the areators and this makes the screen integration nice...and Will hopefully even look like if it was a ZS EV standard...

Yes, there is room for improvement there too, we should be able to do at least as good as on the Toyota prius

I am working on how to digitize this, everyone would be able to DIY or even let a nearby business waterjet or laser cut this plate.

Yep, it's the v1.0 and it's a flat aluminium sheet, I may add water drainage holes at the lowest point and use press forming, also for where the engine mounting bracket is close to the aluminium plate (only 5mm clearance) No I am not a metal sheet worker, LOL, IT engineer actually !

The engine isn't air cooled, there is no fins whatsoever on it, but coolant pipes in and out... liquid cooling !

Let me show you guys the first mod I did on my brand new ZS EV, hand made during the last weekend. This will hopefully help drag coefficient but also keep the engine free from too much dirt. Homemade MG ZS EV skid plate - Aluminium 1.5mm thick
