I will note however that the Genie Points at ASDA and Morrisons the A/C connection is technically shown as in service/working. This close to home I would never use a public A/C charger (also near me they have parking charges or time restrictions) as I would rather Granny charge at home.

The 2 Genie point rapid charger locations in Worksop have both been extremely unreliable for the last 2 Years. In fact, I can't remember the last time I didn't see the Charge points have a Red Light indicating they're out of action this year... I think I had 2 instances where I started a charge...

If I was that driver of the MG4 i'd be getting my gearbox oil checked as it does have a breather and that would have been well under water. If You're ever needing to go through water make sure it's less than half way up the wheel if you don't know where your breathers are.

Unless you're going on a long drive or you really really want high regen braking then do not worry about heating the battery.
